Shipping policy

Shipping accessories will be a flat rate fee of $4.00 and $5.95 for any Zi Collection accessories that you purchase. 

We only ship in the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands

To return your product for an approved exchange, you should email us at www.adornedbyjonell@gmail.com 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping a package over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
