Bubbly Buoyancy

Dainty silver discs and glassy white or pink beads swing from the bottom of a shimmery silver hoop, creating a colorful fringe. A solitaire white bead swings from the top of the hoop for a bubbly finish. Earring attaches to a standard fishhook fitting.
